Want to try some new recipes keeping food safety in mind during preparation? The Partnership for Food Safety Education offers online recipes for appetizers, side dishes, entrees, and desserts. They are easy to find by visiting www.foodsaferecipes.org. Research shows when recipes include directions for hand washing, safe internal minimum cooking temperatures, preventing cross contamination, and washing produce, consumers follow them. The result, eating BBQ Pizza Muffins or Crispy Beef Lettuce wraps, knowing they’re safely prepared for your family.
