Welcome to Food Safety in a Minute.

Did you know food processors employ food safety managers who play critical roles in food safety from the farm to our tables? They fully understand, apply, and stay current with food safety legislation and food safety standards implementing changes required in their operations. They develop, implement, and monitor their HACCP plan. HACCP is an acronym for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points. The plan ensures food safety from pre-production ingredient safety through production, packaging, storage, and shipping. It’s specifically developed for their food product. During manufacturing, the critical control points for food safety are identified and monitored and corrective actions are taken. Permanent records include the HACCP plan, monitoring results, and corrective actions. Food Safety Managers are food safety in action.
