From Washington State University Extension, this is Food Safety in a Minute.

Would you like to teach your children about food safety? The Partnership for Food Safety Education has lots of ways to help you learn with your children, keeping your family healthy and safe.

Find them online. Once on their website click on For Kids and Kids Games and Activities. There are special recipes such as the Mousie Cheese Party Ball and Caterpillars, Butterflies and Snails. There’s a fill-in-the-blank food safety story template and fourteen (14) coloring pages. You’ll also find printable placemats on food safety visually telling the story of your dinner from farm to table. The food safety resources are entertaining and educational. There’s also a link to hand washing educational resources from the Scrub Club.
