CAHNRS Coug Connections: Molly Dilworth

Each week, we will showcase one of our CAHNRS Ambassadors. Ambassadors is a student leadership organization that encourages students to pursue higher education and serves as a liaison between the college and the greater community. This week, we’re featuring Molly Dilworth, a junior from Vancouver, Wash.

Molly Dilworth

What are you studying?

I’m majoring in Agriculture and Food Business Economics, with a minor in Agriculture Systems Management.

What is a fun fact about you?

I farm hazelnuts!

Why WSU?

Everyone at WSU is happy to be a Coug! I chose WSU because the Pullman community is awesome and the agriculture programs are great!

What is special about being a CAHNRS Coug?

CAHNRS is like being a part of a family. Everywhere I go on campus, I see someone from CAHNRS and they have a big smile on their face! It’s awesome to know that I am a part of a great group of people!

Where do you want to be (professionally or personally) 10 years after you graduate?

In 10 years I want to be working for a financial farming organization and hopefully will be involved in the agriculture community.

Favorite class you have taken within CAHNRS so far? Why?

AgTM 305! I like it because we get to go out in the wheat fields and put what we learned about precision agriculture to the test!

What other extracurricular activities have you been involved in?

I’m the secretary of the WSU Economics Club and play on an intramural flag football team.

Favorite Ferdinand’s flavor of ice cream?
