Fox Business Network host John Stossel interviewed Jude Capper for a story on the “food myth” that grass-fed beef is healthier and better for the environment. His article was syndicated to newspapers nationwide.

On Friday posted a story about a film documentary for consumers made by WSU senior Michael DeTerra exploring advances in cattle handling and beef production.

Rich Zack and the state entomology collection housed at WSU were subjects of a photo feature in Saturday’s Seattle Times.
