At the 14th Annual Women & Leadership Alliance Forum Mentoring Program banquet on April 14, Sylvia Kantor, King County Extension Educator, was nominated and recognized at the Outstanding Mentor Award Reception.
Agricultural & Food Systems professor Michael K. Swan was awarded the Western Region American Association for Agricultural Education (AAAE) Distinguished Teaching Award. The professional association awards one educator per region a year.
