Retiring this summer, Department of Entomology staff member Doris Lohrey-Birch has helped faculty, staff and students at Washington State University succeed for 40 years.
CAHNRS will bid farewell to Lohrey-Birch in a retirement party, 4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 15, at Ensminger Pavilion. All are welcome to attend.
Currently the department’s program coordinator, Lohrey-Birch spent a significant amount of her career with Entomology and the UI-WSU School of Food Science. Her many contributions to these programs and other areas at will be appreciated and remembered, and CAHNRS recognizes her hard work, commitment, and dedication to students, the college, and the university.
Lohrey-Birch’s last day at work will be August 31, 2018.
