WSU Offers Book Sale

PULLMAN, Wash. — A special fall sale creates savings for purchases through Washington State University’s Cooperative Extension bulletins department.

Publications manager Jim Spangler said customers can save extra by purchasing two titles bundled together.

Through Oct. 31, customers who buy both “Landscape Plant Problems, A Pictorial Diagnostic Manual” and “Pacific Northwest Landscape IPM Manual” will pay $32 plus shipping. That’s a savings of $20 over the combined individual prices.

Customers also may buy “Bugs of Washington and Oregon” and “Insect Pests of the Prairies” for $18, a savings of $9.90 over the regular, individual price.

Spangler said “Insect Pests of the Prairies” is of interest to Inland Pacific Northwest residents because most of the insects in the book are found in their area.

You may order these publications on the World Wide Web at http://pubs.wsu.edu, or by telephoning 1-800-723-1763.
