Pesticide Commission to Meet Nov. 25 at Ellensburg

PULLMAN, Wash. — The Washington State Commission on Pesticide Registration will meet Tuesday, Nov. 25, at the Hal Holmes Community Center in Ellensburg.

The agenda includes a review of proposals requesting funding from the commission.

The meeting is scheduled from 10 a.m. to about 4 p.m. The public is invited. Contact Catherine Daniels at (509) 372-7492 at Washington State University Tri-Cities for further information.

The commission was created by the state legislature in 1995 to obtain and maintain pesticide registrations for critical pest control needs for the state.

The commission is headquartered at WSU’s Tri-Cities campus.
