McCracken Named Interim Associate Dean

PULLMAN, Wash. — Vicki McCracken has been appointed interim associate dean and director of academic programs in the Washington State University College of Agriculture and Home Economics.

She succeeds Larry James, who has been appointed interim dean of WSU’s Tri-Cities campus.  CAHE Dean James Zuiches said James will continue to lead CAHE’s Kellogg Partnership 2020 project.

McCracken has been associate director of the Agricultural Research Center since 1994 and is tenured in the agricultural economics department.  She won the R. M. Wade Award for teaching in 1991.  She leads the national experiment station and academic leadership development program.  She will lead CAHE’s Partnership 2020 Leadership for Institutional Change program.
