PUYALLUP, Wash. — James Kropf has been named director of the Northwest District of Washington State University Cooperative Extension.
Kropf formerly was an area extension agent in Pierce County. His office is at the WSU Puyallup Research and Extension Center in Puyallup.
As district director, Kropf will supervise extension programs and personnel in Island, King, Pierce, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish and Whatcom counties.
