What are you studying?

I’m majoring in Human Development and Family and Consumer Science Education

What is a fun fact about you?

I grew up in a town of 1,640 people and one grouch.

Why WSU?

I had some awesome people back home who helped me get here and absolutely love being a Coug, and more importantly, a CAHNRS Coug.

What is special about being a CAHNRS Coug?

The opportunities to be a tutor, TA, and part of an awesome family who’s going to school to help people and change the world.

Where do you want to be (professionally or personally) 10 years after you graduate?

Teaching high school, holding professional workshops, advising for FCCLA, and giving TED talks.

Favorite class you have taken within CAHNRS so far? Why?

HD 205 and HD 415

What extracurricular activities have you been involved in within CAHNRS (excluding ambassadors)?

TA, tutor at trio/SSS, Human Development Club, PATH, WSU Children’s Center, Volunteer Teach at Steptoe School District
